All Knolls residents may rent an outdoor parking space. There are waiting lists for spaces in our garage, or in the Crescent driveway, where fees are higher. Residents may also request individual temporary “daily” parking spaces for guests.
🅿️ Parking Key Fobs
Please be advised that there is a $55 replacement fee for any lost parking key fob. This fee applies regardless of whether the fob belongs to a cooperator, visitor, or guest. Please keep your parking fob in a safe place.
