Current fees are $60.14 per month. There are waiting lists for spaces in our garage, or in the Crescent driveway, where fees are higher. Residents may also request individual temporary &#8220;daily&#8221; parking spaces for guests.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"parking-group\">\n<p class=\"parking-subtitle\">Non-resident Parking:<\/p>\n<p>When available, we rent spaces in our outdoor parking lot to non-residents, with fees as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3 to 6 months: $273.17\/month, parking tax incl.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 6 months and longer: $212.49\/month, parking tax incl.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>To inquire about parking,<\/strong> please call the Knolls Office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5PM, at (646) 589-7822.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resident Parking: All Knolls residents may rent an outdoor parking space.
