Overview<\/strong><\/u>
\nThe Knolls is a historic two-building co-op, which opened its doors in 1953, with a few of our original cooperators still living here.<\/p>\n

We are located in the beautiful Spuyten Duyvil area in the southern section of Riverdale, on a hilltop surrounded by lovely grounds, and westerly views of the Hudson River and the NJ Palisades, and the downtown Manhattan skyline in the distance. We have shopping and all transportation at our door, and access to houses of worship, schools, and all conveniences.<\/p>\n
